Yes. The tab stays open until the player pays, and its balance adds to the rest of their account.

Can you sell at the bar to someone who isn’t playing?

Yes. A bar sale goes under the name of any registered person.

Does Clube without Plus have a bar?

No. For a club, cash game and the bar come with Clube Plus.
