Delete your KoraPoker account

How to delete

1. Open the KoraPoker app or sign in at app.korapoker.com.
2. On a phone, open My account. On an iPad or a computer, open Preferences.
3. Choose Delete account.
4. Type DELETE and confirm.

What is removed right away

The account is removed right away: the email, the sign-in, the profile and the photo.

What stays

• What you recorded in houses (sales, payments and entries) stays, with your name replaced by "Conta excluída" (Deleted account).
• Your staff record in other people's houses stays switched off, with the name "Conta excluída" and no email.
• The player record belongs to the house and stays. To correct or remove it, ask the house.

If you own a house

The owner of a house takes the house with them, with its whole history: players, tournaments, cash and reports. This cannot be undone.

The subscription

A subscription made on the web is canceled automatically when the house is deleted. One made through the App Store or Google Play is canceled in the store, under Subscriptions in your Apple or Google account. Deleting the account does not stop the store charge.

Timing

The deletion takes effect right away. The database's daily backups keep the data for 7 days and are then deleted.
