What KoraPoker is
A poker management system for home games, clubs and events, used in the browser at app.korapoker.com and in the KoraPoker app for iPhone and Android.
KoraPoker is operated by MW Tecnologia (Brazilian company number, CNPJ, 41.097.044/0001-69), based in Palotina, PR, Brazil.
The account
Whoever creates the account is responsible for what is done in it and for the staff they invite.
Your organization's data
Your organization's players, sales and reports belong to you. You can export them and request their deletion.
Permitted use
The system is for organizing poker within the law of the place where the game is played.
Plans and payment
Home Game is free for up to 20 active players and 4 stages a month.
Clube and Evento come with a 7-day trial, no card required.
Paid plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions, at the price published on the plans page on the day you subscribe.
On the web, billing is handled by RevenueCat, which processes the payment through Stripe, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. On a phone, it goes through the App Store or Google Play, under each store's rules.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same amount, until it is canceled. A new price only applies from the first renewal after the notice.
If you subscribed on the web, Manage subscription opens the payment portal, where you cancel, change the card, switch plans and download receipts. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you cancel and switch plans in that store.
The price charged by a store can differ from the price on the web.
On the web, canceling has no fee. A canceled subscription does not renew, and the organization keeps the plan until noon, Brasília time, on the day after the paid period ends.
On the web, moving up to a higher plan, or from monthly to yearly, charges the new plan right away and refunds what was left of the previous one. Moving down, or from yearly to monthly, takes effect at renewal.
A declined payment has a 7-day grace period. After that, Home Game goes back to the free limits, and Clube and Evento become read-only until the payment goes through. No data is deleted.
On the web, canceling does not refund a period already paid, except as guaranteed by law. A withdrawal request within 7 days of the first subscription (art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code) is made through support.
In the App Store and Google Play, the plan lasts until the end of the period paid in the store. Plan changes, cancellation, refunds and withdrawal follow the store's process.
In the App Store and Google Play, the yearly plan in 12 installments is a commitment of 12 monthly payments. Canceling ends the subscription at the next renewal, after the last installment. Changes and refunds follow the store's rules.
Deleting the organization immediately cancels a subscription made on the web. A subscription made in a store is canceled in that store.
