Frequently asked questions

Didn't find your question?

The help center answers the rest, and the people who build Kora reply on WhatsApp.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Kora opens in the browser on your computer and phone, at app.korapoker.com. The room TV opens the clock in its browser, with the tournament code.

Can I change a level while the tournament is running?

Yes. You edit the levels in the middle of the tournament, and the clock carries on from where it was.

Does the clock keep running if I close my phone?

Yes. The clock runs on Kora, and the phone, the computer and the TV show the same time.
